Zoho CRM has a Free edition for up to three users. With annual billing, paid plans start at A$22 per user per month including GST, paid as A$264 per user upfront for the year. Standard on monthly billing is A$33 per user per month including GST. The comparison above shows all paid editions and both billing options. Implementation and add-ons are extra.

Yes. The Free edition supports up to three users, with core sales records, activities, standard reports and mobile access. It has lower limits and fewer customisation options than the paid editions.
Monthly billing charges for each month. Annual billing charges for a year upfront at a lower equivalent monthly rate. The toggle updates the plan cards and table together; each annual card also shows the full yearly amount per user.
